Formerly a café that served, in my opinion, mostly ‘meh’ baked goods, True Bistro offers sexy vegan bites, like cornmeal-crusted oyster mushrooms and house-made soba noodles. Definitely try the strawberry cobbler, too. Or the ‘death-by-chocolate’ cake. Or both.”
